General
What is Link Foundry?
Link Foundry is a digital authority and content distribution service connecting businesses and agencies with publishers and distribution opportunities worldwide.
We provide editorial placements, digital PR, strategic content distribution and managed authority-building campaigns.
Yes. Link Foundry is UK-based and works with businesses, agencies, publishers and distribution partners internationally.
Availability will depend on the country, industry and type of placement required.
No.
Our managed packages are designed for businesses that may not have specialist SEO knowledge. Tell us about your website, target market and objectives, and we'll help identify suitable options.
For experienced SEO professionals and agencies, we can also provide more specific publisher and placement options.
Our services are designed for businesses, SEO professionals, digital marketing agencies, web agencies, PR agencies and other organisations looking to increase their visibility and authority across the web.
Editorial Placements
An editorial placement is content published on a third-party website or publication that appropriately references your business, website, expertise, product or service.
Depending on the publisher and service selected, this may take the form of a guest article, sponsored editorial, brand mention or another approved content placement.
Yes, where individual publisher selection forms part of the service.
Agency customers may also be provided with publisher opportunities based on criteria such as niche, country, traffic, authority metrics and budget.
For managed Authority Packages, Link Foundry may recommend or select suitable publishers according to the agreed campaign criteria.
No.
Link attributes are ultimately determined by the publisher and may include nofollow, sponsored, ugc or other attributes where appropriate.
Where a particular link attribute is known, we aim to make this information clear before purchase.
A guest post is an article created for publication on a third-party website.
Where appropriate and permitted by the publisher, the article may contain a contextual reference or link to your website.
Yes, subject to the publisher's editorial requirements.
If you already have suitable content, we can submit it for consideration. Publishers may request edits before accepting it.
Where content creation is included in your package or placement, Link Foundry can arrange the content for you.
Many publishers intend editorial content to remain live, but third-party websites ultimately control the content hosted on their platforms.
Where a specific replacement guarantee applies to a Link Foundry service, this will be stated as part of the offer.
Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions for further information.
Quality and SEO
We aim to consider more than a single SEO metric.
Depending on the publisher, our assessment may include:
- topical relevance;
- estimated organic traffic;
- traffic trends;
- geographic audience;
- editorial quality;
- Domain Rating or Domain Authority;
- website content;
- publishing history; and
- our previous experience with the publisher.
No individual metric should be treated as a guarantee of placement quality or SEO performance.
Quality backlinks and editorial mentions may support a broader SEO strategy, but no responsible provider can guarantee that a particular placement will improve your rankings.
Search rankings depend on many factors, including your website, competition, content, technical SEO, search intent and search-engine algorithms.
Link Foundry does not guarantee rankings, traffic, enquiries or sales.
Domain Rating (DR) and Domain Authority (DA) are third-party metrics designed to estimate aspects of a website's authority or backlink profile.
They are produced by independent SEO software providers and are not Google ranking scores.
We therefore recommend considering them alongside traffic, relevance, editorial quality and other factors.
There isn't a universal number.
The appropriate approach depends on factors such as your industry, competition, existing backlink profile, website authority, target keywords and objectives.
If you're unsure where to begin, use Get Started and tell us about your website and goals.
Digital PR
Digital PR uses online content, stories, announcements, data and other media assets to increase a brand's visibility across digital publications and platforms.
Depending on the campaign, it may generate online coverage, brand mentions, referral traffic and links.
No.
Distribution and independently earned editorial coverage are different things.
Unless specifically included in the service purchased, press release distribution does not guarantee that a particular journalist or publication will independently cover your story.
Press release distribution involves distributing a business announcement or story through an appropriate distribution network so that it can reach participating websites, publications and media channels.
Yes.
Where required, press release writing can be included as part of your campaign or purchased alongside distribution.
Strategic Content Distribution
Strategic content distribution involves extending the reach of your content through appropriate online channels rather than relying solely on publication on your own website.
Depending on the campaign, this may include article distribution, syndication, visual content, infographics, images, video or other digital assets.
Where suitable distribution opportunities are available, Link Foundry can provide image, infographic and video distribution as part of selected campaigns or custom services.
Yes.
We can assess existing content and determine whether it is suitable for distribution or whether adaptations would improve its suitability for particular channels.
Authority Packages
Our Authority Packages combine selected Link Foundry services into straightforward managed campaigns.
They are designed for businesses that want to build online authority without having to select and manage every individual publisher or distribution channel themselves.
Our main packages are:
Authority Starter — for businesses beginning to build their online authority.
Authority Growth — for businesses wanting to accelerate visibility and strengthen search authority.
Authority Pro — for businesses seeking a broader authority, PR and distribution campaign.
If you're unsure, use our Get Started form.
Tell us about your website, industry, target market, objectives and approximate budget, and we can recommend an appropriate starting point.
Yes.
If our standard packages don't match your requirements, we can create a campaign around your objectives, target markets, preferred services and budget.
Ordering and Payment
Selected fixed-price services and packages may be available to purchase directly through our website.
For custom campaigns, larger orders and certain agency requirements, we may provide a quotation or invoice.
Unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing, payment is required before work begins.
Established agency customers may be offered alternative arrangements at Link Foundry's discretion.
The currency applicable to an order will be clearly displayed on the website, checkout page, quotation or invoice.
If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may convert the transaction and may charge a conversion fee.
Turnaround depends on the service and publisher.
Editorial placements can require publisher approval, content preparation and editorial review, while distribution services may operate on different schedules.
Any turnaround time provided should be treated as an estimate unless expressly guaranteed.
Cancellations, Refunds and Replacements
If work has not started and no third-party costs have been incurred, cancellation may normally be possible.
Once content creation, publisher booking, distribution or other fulfilment has begun, cancellation may be restricted.
Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
If your placement is covered by an applicable replacement guarantee, contact us and we will investigate.
Where eligible, we may seek restoration of the original placement or arrange a comparable replacement.
The exact conditions will depend on the service purchased.
We will normally try to resolve the issue by making appropriate amendments or identifying a suitable alternative publisher.
If we cannot provide the purchased service or a reasonable alternative, an appropriate credit or refund may be offered for the unfulfilled element.
No.
Search rankings and other SEO outcomes cannot be guaranteed and depend on numerous factors outside Link Foundry's control.
Refunds are therefore not provided simply because a placement or campaign does not result in a particular ranking, traffic, lead or sales outcome.
For Agencies
Yes.
Agencies are an important part of the Link Foundry network.
We can support SEO agencies, digital marketing agencies, web agencies, PR firms, consultants and other professionals requiring publisher access or campaign fulfilment.
Yes, selected Link Foundry services can be fulfilled on a white-label basis so agencies can provide them as part of their own client services.

If you have a specific niche, country or publisher requirement, contact us and we can determine whether additional sourcing is appropriate.
Agency and volume pricing may be available depending on order frequency, placement volume and requirements.
Request Agency Access to tell us about your needs.
Where available, agencies can request publisher opportunities based on factors such as country, niche, traffic, authority metrics, placement type and budget.
For Publishers
Website owners and publishers can apply through our Become a Publisher page.
We'll ask for information about your website, audience, categories, editorial requirements, available placement types and rates.
No.
Link Foundry may assess factors such as website quality, editorial standards, audience, traffic profile, content and suitability before adding a publisher to the network.
Yes.
Publishers retain editorial control over their websites and may reject content or request reasonable amendments in accordance with their editorial requirements.
Unless otherwise stated during the application process, there is no charge to submit a website for consideration.
No.
Campaign requirements vary according to customer niche, country, budget and objectives, so we cannot guarantee any particular number or frequency of orders.
