Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 9 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Link Foundry website and your purchase and use of services provided by Link Foundry.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order or using our services. By purchasing a service, accepting a quotation, instructing us to commence work, or otherwise engaging Link Foundry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

In these Terms, “Link Foundry”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the legal entity identified above.
“Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the person, business or organisation purchasing or using our services.
2. Business Customers
Link Foundry's services are primarily intended for businesses, agencies, professionals and other organisations.
If you purchase services on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to enter into an agreement on its behalf.
If you are purchasing as a consumer rather than for business purposes, certain statutory rights may apply to you which cannot be excluded by these Terms.
3. Our Services
Link Foundry may provide services including:
- guest posts;
- editorial placements;
- sponsored content;
- existing-content placements where available;
- digital PR;
- press release writing and distribution;
- content creation;
- content syndication and distribution;
- image and infographic distribution;
- video distribution;
- authority-building campaigns;
- agency and white-label fulfilment; and
- other related digital marketing services.
The precise scope of the service will be stated on the relevant service or package page, checkout page, quotation, proposal, order confirmation or other written agreement.
4. Third-Party Publishers
Link Foundry works with independent publishers, website owners, media platforms, distribution providers and other third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these parties are independent businesses and are not owned, operated or controlled by Link Foundry.
Publishers retain control over their websites and editorial policies and may:
- accept or reject content;
- request amendments;
- refuse particular URLs, topics, industries or keywords;
- determine appropriate link attributes;
- amend their editorial requirements;
- change publication schedules;
- change their prices; or
- discontinue particular placement opportunities.
A publisher appearing in our network or publisher list does not guarantee that the publisher will accept every order.
5. Publisher Availability
Publisher availability, pricing, metrics and requirements can change.
Where you order a specific publisher placement and that placement becomes unavailable before publication, we may offer:
- a comparable alternative publisher;
- account credit toward another service or placement; or
- where an appropriate alternative cannot reasonably be provided, a refund for the affected unfulfilled placement.
We will not substitute a specifically selected publisher without informing you where the identity of that publisher formed a material part of your order.
6. Orders
An order may be placed through:
- our website;
- online checkout;
- an approved agency ordering process;
- an accepted quotation or proposal;
- an invoice;
- email or other written confirmation; or
- another ordering method agreed by Link Foundry.
An order becomes binding when payment has been received and accepted by us, or when we otherwise confirm in writing that we have accepted the order.
We reserve the right to decline an order before work begins.
7. Prices
Prices will be displayed or quoted in the applicable currency.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude any taxes, duties or charges that may be applicable.
Where prices are displayed in US dollars or another currency, your bank, card provider or payment processor may apply currency conversion rates or fees. Link Foundry is not responsible for exchange rates or conversion fees charged by third parties.
Publisher prices and service prices may change from time to time. Changes will not normally affect an order already accepted and paid for unless the agreed scope subsequently changes.
8. Payment
Unless Link Foundry agrees otherwise in writing, payment is required in full before work begins.
We may accept payment through online payment providers, bank transfer, invoice or other approved methods.
Agency customers may be offered alternative payment arrangements at our discretion.
Where credit terms are provided, invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.
We reserve the right to suspend work, withhold deliverables or decline further orders where payments are overdue.
9. Campaign Information and Customer Briefs
You are responsible for providing the information reasonably required to fulfil your order.
This may include:
- website URL;
- target URL;
- preferred topics;
- business information;
- keywords;
- anchor-text preferences;
- geographic targeting;
- brand guidelines;
- campaign objectives; and
- other information relevant to the service.
Delays in providing required information, feedback or approvals may delay fulfilment.
10. Customer Responsibilities
You confirm that information and materials supplied to Link Foundry are accurate and lawful and that you have the necessary rights, licences, consents and permissions for us and relevant third parties to use them in connection with your campaign.
You must not knowingly provide content, URLs or instructions that:
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- contain unlawful or defamatory material;
- misrepresent a business, product or service;
- contain materially false or misleading claims;
- contain malicious software or harmful code; or
- otherwise violate applicable law.
We may refuse or suspend work that we reasonably believe presents legal, reputational, security or publisher-policy concerns.
11. Content Creation
Where content creation is included in your order, Link Foundry or its approved fulfilment partners may prepare content based on the information and campaign brief provided.
Content may be edited to meet publisher requirements.
Where customer approval is included in the agreed service, you are responsible for reviewing the content promptly and identifying material factual inaccuracies before publication.
Minor editorial changes made by a publisher after approval may not require additional customer approval.
12. Editorial Control
Final editorial control rests with the relevant publisher.
Publishers may modify titles, formatting, images, wording, links and other elements to comply with their editorial standards.
Link Foundry will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the essential commercial requirements agreed for a placement are communicated to the publisher, but we cannot guarantee that a publisher will accept every requested editorial preference.
13. Turnaround Times
Any turnaround time stated on our website, publisher list, quotation or correspondence is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Publication times may be affected by:
- publisher response times;
- editorial review;
- requested revisions;
- customer approval delays;
- publisher schedules;
- holidays;
- technical issues; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A reasonable delay does not automatically entitle the customer to cancel an order or receive a refund where fulfilment remains possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of material delays.
14. Link Attributes
Links may carry attributes such as nofollow, sponsored, ugc or other attributes depending on the publisher's policies and applicable search-engine requirements.
Unless a particular link attribute has been expressly agreed as part of the order and is permitted by the publisher, Link Foundry does not guarantee any particular link attribute.
We do not guarantee that a search engine will crawl, index, value or treat a particular link as a ranking signal.
15. Publisher and SEO Metrics
We may provide third-party metrics such as:
- Domain Rating (DR);
- Domain Authority (DA);
- estimated organic traffic;
- geographic traffic;
- referring domains;
- keyword estimates; or
- other website metrics.
These metrics are supplied by independent third-party tools and may change at any time.
Metrics are estimates and may differ between providers.
Where a placement satisfied the agreed criteria when the order was confirmed or fulfilled, subsequent changes in a publisher's metrics do not normally constitute grounds for a refund.
16. Search Engine Results
Link Foundry does not guarantee:
- search engine rankings;
- increases in organic traffic;
- indexing;
- improvements in DR or DA;
- leads or enquiries;
- sales;
- revenue;
- media coverage; or
- any particular SEO or commercial result.
Search engines operate independently and may change their algorithms, policies and treatment of links or content at any time.
Our services should therefore be considered one component of a broader marketing, content, PR or SEO strategy.
17. Press Release and Digital PR Services
Where Link Foundry provides press release distribution or digital PR services, distribution does not guarantee independent editorial coverage.
A press release appearing through a distribution network does not necessarily mean that a journalist or publication has independently endorsed the customer.
Unless expressly included in the purchased service, we do not guarantee coverage by any particular media organisation, journalist or publisher.
18. Placement Duration and Removal
Third-party publishers ultimately control content hosted on their websites.
Unless a specific written placement guarantee is included in your order, Link Foundry cannot guarantee that content or links will remain live indefinitely.
If a placement is removed shortly after publication, please notify us.
Where appropriate and commercially reasonable, we will investigate the removal and may attempt to have the placement restored or provide an alternative placement.
Any replacement guarantee offered for a particular service will be stated on the relevant service page, quotation or order confirmation.
Removal caused by circumstances including the following may not qualify for replacement:
- the customer's website becoming unlawful or materially changing its nature;
- the target page being removed;
- customer-requested changes after publication;
- legal or regulatory concerns;
- intellectual property complaints;
- misleading information supplied by the customer;
- breach of publisher policies; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
19. Cancellations
Because our services often involve third-party publishers and work may begin shortly after payment, cancellation rights depend on the stage of fulfilment.
Before Work Begins
Where no work has commenced and no third-party costs have been incurred, we may permit cancellation and refund the amount paid.
After Work Has Begun
Once research, content creation, publisher outreach, publisher booking, distribution or other fulfilment activity has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Where cancellation is accepted, we may deduct reasonable costs already incurred before issuing any remaining refund.
After Publication or Distribution
Once a purchased placement has been published or a distribution service has been substantially completed, the service is considered fulfilled and is generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided under a specific guarantee.
20. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds are not provided merely because a campaign does not produce the SEO, traffic, ranking, media or commercial outcome hoped for by the customer.
A refund, replacement or credit may be appropriate where:
- we cannot provide a purchased service;
- a specifically purchased placement becomes unavailable and no reasonable alternative is accepted;
- the delivered service materially differs from the agreed order and cannot reasonably be corrected; or
- applicable law requires a refund.
Where an issue can reasonably be corrected or replaced, we may offer correction or replacement before issuing a refund.
Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method where practicable.
21. Agency and White-Label Services
Agency customers may purchase Link Foundry services for fulfilment on behalf of their clients.
Unless otherwise agreed, the agency remains responsible for its relationship with its end client.
Agency customers must not make guarantees about Link Foundry's services that exceed the guarantees expressly provided by Link Foundry.
White-label arrangements, agency pricing and volume discounts may be subject to additional written terms.
22. Confidentiality
Where either party receives confidential business information from the other in connection with a campaign, that information should be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose for which it was provided, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary for service fulfilment.
This does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed or lawfully received from another source without confidentiality restrictions.
23. Intellectual Property
Link Foundry owns or licenses the intellectual property contained within its website, branding, systems, methodologies, templates and original materials unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, resell, copy or commercially exploit Link Foundry's proprietary materials without permission.
Ownership and usage rights relating to campaign content will depend on the relevant service and any third-party publisher requirements.
Once paid for and delivered, customer-specific content created solely for your campaign may generally be used by you for the intended campaign purpose, subject to any publisher or third-party rights.
24. Publisher Information and Supplier Network
Publisher lists, negotiated prices, supplier information and other non-public information supplied to agency or business customers may constitute commercially confidential information belonging to Link Foundry.
Unless expressly authorised, such information must not be systematically copied, redistributed, published, sold or used to circumvent Link Foundry by directly soliciting suppliers introduced through confidential Link Foundry materials.
Any specific restrictions applicable to agency access or publisher databases may be set out separately.
25. Website Availability
We aim to keep the Link Foundry website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may modify, suspend or withdraw website features or content for maintenance, security, operational or commercial reasons.
26. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to applicable law, Link Foundry will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including loss of anticipated profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or search engine rankings.
Where legally permitted, our total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid to Link Foundry for the service giving rise to the claim.
27. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- publisher outages or closures;
- changes to third-party platforms;
- search-engine changes;
- internet or hosting failures;
- cyber incidents;
- industrial disputes;
- government action;
- natural disasters; or
- other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption where practicable.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable requirements.
Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will not normally retrospectively alter the material terms of an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed between the parties.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
30. No Waiver
Failure by Link Foundry to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
31. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable order, quotation, proposal, service description and any specifically incorporated policies, constitute the agreement between you and Link Foundry regarding the relevant service.
Where a separately agreed written contract expressly conflicts with these Terms, the separately agreed provision will take precedence to the extent of that conflict.
32. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Subject to any mandatory rights that apply, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
